Supply Quality Policy
AdxMeta is committed to protecting advertiser spend and publisher revenue by maintaining high standards for traffic quality, inventory integrity, and user experience. This Supply Quality Policy outlines the rules and best practices required for participation in our network.
1) Inventory Eligibility
- Publishers must own or have authorized control of the sites/apps they monetize.
- Maintain accurate ads.txt / app-ads.txt files with entries we provide.
- Comply with applicable laws and the policies of demand partners and app stores.
- We may require site/app verification, business documentation, or traffic proofs.
2) Prohibited Content
- Illegal content, hate speech, adult sexual content, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods.
- Malware, spyware, forced downloads, deceptive redirects, cloaking, or device fingerprinting.
- Misleading or harmful medical/financial claims; predatory lending; scams.
3) User Experience & Ad Placement
- Ads must not obscure content or trigger accidental clicks; avoid misleading placements.
- Respect platform guidelines for interstitials, rewarded, and pop formats.
- Limit ad density; avoid excessive refresh; adhere to viewability best practices.
- Do not manipulate the back button, push notifications, or system dialogs for ad engagement.
4) Invalid Traffic (IVT) Prevention
- Strictly prohibit bot traffic, incentivized installs/clicks (unless approved), click farms, or traffic exchanges.
- Disclose all paid media sources used for arbitrage. Maintain logs for audits.
- Integrate our measurement tags for fraud detection and anomaly monitoring.

5) Measurement & Transparency
- Enable viewability and fraud measurement (e.g., Open Measurement SDK where applicable).
- Provide read access to analytics as needed for discrepancy resolution.
- Follow our tag implementation guide and success checklist.
6) Privacy, Consent & Data
- Deploy a compliant Consent Management Platform (CMP) where required.
- Collect, store, and share data only with lawful basis and for legitimate purposes.
- Do not pass PII in ad requests or URLs. Avoid unauthorized fingerprinting.

7) Payments & Adjustments
- Payouts may be adjusted for IVT, policy violations, chargebacks, or partner‑reported discrepancies.
- We provide transparent reporting and reconciliation windows.
8) Enforcement
- We may issue warnings, require remediation, disable placements, or suspend accounts.
- Severe or repeated violations may result in termination and non‑payment of invalidated earnings.
- Publishers may appeal enforcement decisions by providing evidence within 7 calendar days.
9) Updates
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in best practices or partner requirements. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version.
