Terms of Service

The operating terms for approved AdxMeta publishers and traffic partners.

Access and eligibility

AdxMeta is a reviewed-access monetization platform. Account creation, monetization access, and continued participation are not guaranteed. We may approve, reject, pause, or terminate access when a publisher, site, source, or activity creates operational, compliance, advertiser, or platform risk.

Publisher responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of application details, ownership or authorization for submitted properties, traffic source disclosure, content compliance, and ongoing cooperation with review requests.

Revenue and reporting

Reported revenue is reviewed before it becomes an approved balance. Metrics may be adjusted for restricted activity, reporting corrections, chargebacks, demand-side adjustments, or policy review.

Suspension and termination

AdxMeta may restrict access, suspend monetization, reject traffic, or close an account for suspicious activity, prohibited content, non-cooperation, or violation of these terms.
